I liked the classification that has been made simple for anyone to get the type easily, and the local names of birds makes it more interesting, especially having names of the birds in Samskritam made me give hi5.

The information is good and the layout it nice and crisp . If the option of clicking on the bird pic and making it big / full size could be explored it could do well for identification. Also if options of male , female and juvenile could be given ... that would greatly help. A little more on the bird identification features , like the beak , colour of beak , claws and such features could be added.There could be an option of contributing pictures with location information and adding to the existing database
