Similar to how we did for Debian Bullseye => Bookworm upgrades, we created a script to upgrade from Debian Bookworm to Trixie: https://github.com/MichaIng/DietPi/blob/dev/.meta/dietpi-trixie-upgrade

To test it:

Debian Trixie has planned to be released on August 9th, hence it basically finished, so surprises to be expected from now until release. From DietPi side, whenever testing software installations, they were tested on Trixie as well, but a final test run for all software options is outstanding, and will be done the next days instead.
