Github Projects can contain issues and draft issues. I can't see any way to convert draft issues to issues using the cli.

Proposed solution

This could either be a new command under gh project or could be a new option under gh project item-edit

This would take as arguments:

• Item ID
• Project ID
• Repository

Additional context

I can't currently find any way to automatically convert draft issues to issues. Draft issues are a pain point for many in Github Projects. https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/10317
