Currently, the system does not provide a dedicated DocType for this purpose, which makes it difficult to accurately record the actual return of employees, especially in the following cases:

Early or late return from the approved leave period.

Early return that requires recalculating the unused leave days and crediting them back to the employee’s leave balance.

New employees who don’t yet have their fingerprints registered in the system.

Certain managers or staff who may not be required to use fingerprint attendance, or where the system is not available for them.

In some cases, the employee may not return to work immediately after the official end date of their leave.
