Migrate existing query history functionality and query history endpoints to App Platform keeping current functionalities:

• Each query made in Explore is saved in the history (query history entry)
• Each query history entry contains query, can be starred, can contain a comment
• Query history entries can be filtered by data source name, time, description
• Each query history entry is saved for the current user and can be accessed only by the user
• Entires that are not starred are removed after 2 weeks

Consider using Query Library as an option (see this thread). The resource schema is very much like Query Library item and there's a lot of overlap. Maybe could be even replaced with "private" query templates in Query Library (if it's implemented)
