While using a metrics browser against a prometheus instance that has a lot of metrics and labels the fetching might be slow. Because of this slowness user cannot see the loading part. That makes user feel like the feature is broken. But actually metrics browser is just trying to load the data.

• Loading should be more obvious. User should clearly see and understand the loading start/end states
• There is a little info text on the bottom right: Facetting labels for I believe this is a typo. It must be updated as Fetching...
  • Also this should be obvious too.
