Current versions of Home Assistant do not provide the tool netdisco, even though the documentation suggests to use it in case of issues with homekit device discovery.

usr/bin/python3: No module named netdisco

https://pypi.org/project/netdisco/ states: "This library is deprecated. We will no longer release new versions, fix bugs or accept pull requests."

There's no information about which tool can be used in newer versions of Home Assistant instead.
