Settings Filter Hides Settings in Categories that Match Filter String #250701

In the settings editor (GUI), searching for "text editor" causes all but four of the settings in the "Text Editor" category (positioned on the left of the window) to be displayed. This indicates that the search does not match against these cateogry headers, but filtering my those cateogries is often desirable.
