tl;dr: By automatically starting servers after install, more users will find their freshly installed servers working as expected. The only other top-level UI is the blue reload in the chat input that is easy to miss.

Like extensions, MCP server should work after Install; there is no direct UI indicator (yet) showing it needs a manual "Start". After the initial start, the tool caching will auto-start it as needed in later sessions.
