Steps to Reproduce:

1. prompt for any action that requires running a command in terminal, e.g. "build the project"

I get the command to be executed shown and I click the button "Continue"

A terminal opens where agent issues the command.

A rotating "spinner" appears next to the command in chat window and that's it
