• VS Code Version: 1.102.1
• OS Version: Fedora Linux 42 (Workstation Edition)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Update to v1.102.1
2. Start VSCode (with no extensions)

Note:

I cannot report using Report Issue because the window does not start.

Also, I was previously using dark mode, so the screen might be white for other users.
