Claude 4 very inaccurate #256913

Hello,
i have noticed that CoPilot Claude 4 Agent has been getting very inaccurate and giving a lot of wrong responses in the past few days. What is going on? Im wasting a lot of Credits on these inaccurate responses. 1-2 Weeks ago I didnt have this issue.
