Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

• VS Code Version: 1.102.1
• OS Version: macOS 15.5

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Change some line
2. Click a few pixels to the right of the blue bar. The mouse pointer is already changed from arrow to link (hand), but nothing happens. Right now it's working only if I click exactly on the blue bar.

Expected behavior:

Clicking a few pixels to the right (area where mouse pointer is chaged) works the same as clicking on the colored rectangle itself
