confuses adding lines with removing lines #256997

It starts acting totally incorrect in the means of confusing 'adding' with 'removing' in matters of it calling its own tool for writing code, resulting in empty files due to that. I noticed that because suddenly the diffs were so weird before accepting, and when it created code from scratch, it showed all-red diffs and then empty files after accepted. Confirmed the bug when I confronted gpt4.1 about it and then it corrected itself. Struggle a lot talking to gpt4.1 due to behaving like a complete imbecil to be honest.
