Github Agent always changes model type #257779

Type: Bug
i have a payed subscription to github for agent pro. i have cancled the trial subscript - but the pro version was not activated - it still tells me i have an active subscription.
i have a budged for all possible agents on github installed and the credits for github agent and agent pro are used - but the vscode switches back to embedded models every 2-3 questions - and then the agent trashes the code
it happens here on w11 and also on debian
