This view is hard to distinguish what files are actually changed and where the files are located:

It would be great if this was a configurable tree-view, similar to how vscode's search view has that option. Additionally, if each file had a green +<numlines> and a red -<numlines> of changes next to it, then that would help scanning and understanding what files have changes.
