Erroneous redirection to GPT-4.1 when GPT-4o requests are included in the plan. #258044

Type: Bug
GPT-4o requests are included in the monthly copilot subscription. These are not premium requests. For some reason, copilot has issued the error: "You have exceeeded your premium request allowance. We have automatically switched you to GPT-4.1 which is included in your plan..". This is in error. The copilot agent UI confirms that GPT-4o requests are included in the copilot subscription and are NOT premium requests. I'm being cheated out of the service I pay for.
