Scroll With Keyboard #258048

Type: Shortcut Problem
When scrolling up or down with ctrl + arrow keys (Visual Studio Code), the cursor does not update (does not get focused).
But in Visual Studio, it works fine.
Please update the vs and vsc shortcuts.
