It deleted the file and recreated with empty contents and says its successfull #258085

Type: Bug
no specific steps,
it edited the file first then saw that there were problems because of duplicate code
it asked if it could delete and re-write the file, for safety i created a bkup named index-bkup.ts
then allowed it to proceed with command to delete the file
it ran the command deleted and re-created the file
and says the changes have been done
