Testing #258363

Couldn't find an easy way to install mcp servers in the workspace mcp configuration.

1. Go to the workspace mcp.json file
2. Click Add Server...
3. Browse MCP Servers...
4. Click on Browse MCP Servers (would be nice if we avoid this second click)
5. Install any MCP server
6. Notice that it gets installed into the user settings

Ended up needing to copy paste the config into the workspace one
