We need codemod app to create an "org" on https://app.codemod.com registry to publish our new codemod a under codemod org.

Codemod org is like npm scope but for codemod.
https://app.codemod.com is the new registry for codemod. Why not npmjs ? because if we use npm we will need to write our own cli, bundle it ...

BTW i had already requested the app only on the userland-migration repo. Because we don't want to allow other repo to publish codemod for now.

As my knowledge there arn't any alternative.
