Filing per convo with @miketheman: I recently noticed https://pypi.org/project/netpicker_client/, which appears to have been uploaded with over 16MB of junk (looks like a repr(...) dump?) in its project description.

This causes browsers to really struggle to render the page (on my machine, Safari takes ~20 seconds to load it, and even then breaks down when scrolling).

The project itself has broken project URL links, but based on the PyPI username I believe it's this GitHub persona: https://github.com/isomogyi
