I spoke to Rory who was very helpful. I will recommend this service.

First of all, shout out to Rory who was excellent and, importantly LISTENED. That's a quality I was not expecting here. I wasn't interrupted and I had many opportunities to feel like I could say what needed to be said. This service is very robust and I felt like the core issues I was experiencing were dealt with as well as a wealth of resources and to use and left the call with a feeling of empowerment and confidence.
Absolutely recommend if you want to know where you stand and within a legal framework where you're heading as well.
Brilliant.

I spoke to Jamie for support with understanding employer malpractice in relation to my disabilities and his knowledge was astounding. He was super thorough and patient and point me to great resources!

Angela was really lovely, she gave clear advice and pointed me to resources that might help.
I feel much less stressed about my situation now.
The only issue I found was that the phone number doesn't have a queuing system so it's best to call as early as possible, or send in your request via email.

I spoke with a lovely agent called Jamie. She really helped me work through a very complex issue and did her upmost best to advise me. Really empathetic, and despite not being able to give me the answer I was hoping for, she really walked me through the reasons why and what may next steps would be. Unfortunately, I accidentally hung up before I could complete the survey. But I'd give her and her service 5 stars!

I have tried to get help from the EASS over a long period of time. I reported to them matters of discrimination, breaches of the Equality Act, Human Rights Breaches, malfeasance by my Council, theft of my property caused by the Council, loss of the tools of my trade, unfair treatment by my Council, as evinced by a High Court Ruling of 2010.
The EASS does the telephone equivalent of shrugging it's shoulders. Dropped calls, then "no one available now, call later" messages.
I gave the agent Oliver my telephone number, the call was dropped, but he didn't call back.
In my opinion the Equality and Human Rights Commission is wrong in using this terrible service to take serious Equality and Human Tights calls.
I am worried sick about the incompetence and neglect in our country.

Was no 9 in the queue for the live chat and the message said average wait time was 13.01 mins. Watched the screen as I went from 9 to 1 in the queue and the wait time went to nil. Expecting someone to then start the chat but got message saying sorry for delay, waiting for an agent to become free and the time went back up to 11.01 but i remained at no 1 in the queue. Then chat message box went off completely and i wriggled the mouse but when message box came back on, i was 6th in the queue and the average wait time had shot upto 11.00 mins again. So my wait time was almost 30mins. Useless service!!

I had a really positive experience with the Equality Advisory Support Service. I spoke with Deborah, who was kind, understanding, and genuinely supportive from the start. She listened carefully, took thorough notes, and took the time to explain everything in a clear and reassuring way. I never felt rushed and came away feeling much more confident and supported. I’m really grateful for the help and guidance she gave me — it made a difficult situation feel much easier to manage.
