More garden foxes

After posting in January about our first fox sighting after ten years, we have had much more subsequent footage captured.

We have now identified at least three individual adults – one with a kinky tail, one with a limp, and a larger dog fox. But only ever one at a time. Until last night…

Sadly, without connecting the camera to the mains, I can only get 20 second videos at a time, so we miss the crucial moment the bigger fox pushes limpy off. Limpy attempts a fightback, but clearly it is a token effort that is basically ignored.

It will be interesting to see if this new fox presence carries on, and whether we get cubs at any point.

Excellent with the foxes videos , you could see who was the boss between them two , we still have two that come into the cul de sac on an evening . Pru over the road puts food out on an evening for them .

I welcome thoughts, comments and questions, so please feel free to share anything at all. Thanks, David
