* equations 17.3.3 and 17.3.4 had a wrong "-" instead of "+" in front of $\alpha$.
* In order for the coefficient of $Q_{s_t^i, a_t^i}$ to be $1 - \alpha$, there needs to be a $1/2$ in $l(Q)$ in equation 17.3.2.
