This PR adds Integration tests, decoding tests, and encoding tests for the Live API.
This PR also fixes a minor bug I came across in the
ProtoDurationdecoding. It's not a breaking bug, but it can produce an incorrect nanosecond value (ie; instead of123000000it currently produces123). Tests have been added forProtoDurationas well, to help avoid this in the future.TODO: Add integration tests (will branch off into a separate PR)
