Issue description

Project Settings input map shows all option when using filter. believe it is after this PR: https://github.com/godotengine/godot/pull/107196/files

This is very annoying to see all built-in action when using the filter as it get longer when using the filter which makes it harder to find what you actually want. Before you could turn the show built-in action button on or off, this is no longer possible.

Imagine there is more user defined input actions here and you want to filter for one of the actions:
