Proposed change

Add documentation for INKBIRD IAM-T2 Bluetooth 3-in-1 Indoor Air Quality Monitor support.

The IAM-T2 is a newer model that provides temperature, humidity, and CO2 measurements via Bluetooth advertisements. Unlike the IAM-T1, it reports temperature units directly in the advertisement data without requiring active scanning.
