Thanks. Unfortunately this project is still using Travis CI, which is dead. I think we need to migrate to Github Actions before we can cut a release. |

Set the environment for cron jobs based on the currently set RAILS_ENV environment variable. If RAILS_ENV is not
set it defaults to production
