Summary

Document software requirements needed to build micorpython on macOS on a M-Series mac.

(This may still be incomplete, but it probably saves a few false starts for those wanting to do this.)

Testing

I tested with ports/rp2 and ports/unix on my M2 MacBook Pro. Both work on device.

I tried esp32 too, but there are other requirements there that may or may not require macOS specific requirements.
