`moment-tests.ts` wasn't being included in the `typing-tests` project, so it wasn't being tested at all. Any unique tests it contained have been migrated to the other files.

This started with adding definitions for the built bundles (addressing #1089). But I noticed several other issues with the existing type definitions and tests.
As far as I can tell, the types for all exported files should now match the code implementation.
Tested with a clean TypeScript project, importing this branch via
npm link.
