A question about the register prefix: @Fidget-Spinner @markshannon do we really need it or we can remove it (in a separate PR)? Could this prefix be useful in the future?
The same question applies to the guard prefix.

I'm trying to research some more prefixes in
Python/bytecodes.candTools/cases_generator/and foundguardannotation in here but can't find any using of it and not sure should it be added or not.So, my work here was Ctrl+C Ctrl+V annotations that you found :)
