You also need to sign the CLA. I think, that since we can not transfer the repo we might as well complete all of the steps from the devguide (see here for the new page on coordination), that is (re-)announcing it, joining communication channels and setting up the repo. If you want to use Transifex, I once again recommend the sample workflows that I linked in the email. Your current set up is for a PR based translation process. |

This PR adds @himanshugarg and the repo for the hi translations after having tried to contact the last contributor. The previous translation has the about page translated.
