PHP 4.0.3pl1 is now available.  It addresses two issues that were discovered in PHP 4.0.3:

- The Apache php_value mechanism didn't properly work with .conf files.
- There was a memory leak in the module versions of PHP.

The new source package is available at http://www.php.net/do_download.php?download_file=php-4.0.3pl1.tar.gz

Windows binaries will be posted later (note that neither of these problems affect the CGI version of PHP, so unless you're using a module version of PHP under Windows, there'll be no need to upgrade).
