Added field selector support for VolumeAttachment, allowing field-level selection for the fields `.spec.nodeName`, `.spec.attacher`, and `.spec.persistentVolumeName`.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I can see this is useful for kubectl. Do you have other use cases in mind?

I can see this is useful for kubectl. Do you have other use cases in mind?

/ok-to-test

client-go can use this field selector to reduce memory usage on list in a large cluster. va does not likely to have a label selector.
we use va to determine whether a volume is mounted or not.

OK, I think CSI sidecars can benefit from .spec.attacher. But we should also check how much additional resource this will take.
